Injection-molded caps and inserts are one of our strengths. Our custom or generic offering includes: screw caps with security ring and liner, oval caps, quick-tap cap, press cap, snap cap and dosing caps.

Processes:

• We only use imported high-quality, FDA-approved virgin raw materials: PET, PVC, PP, LDPE, HDPE
• Blow molding and injection molding processes
• Rigid plastic caps and containers in different transparency scales and colors
• Silkscreen printing and high definition texts, using conventional, vinyl and UV inks
• In-house production of customized molds
• In-house Design and Pre-press team specialized in packaging developments
• In-house prototype production via 3-D printing
• First clean room in the region for the production of 100% aseptic and ready-to-use pharmaceutical containers (with our without silkscreen printing)
